The 2025 edition of the African Social Movement Baraza is set to take place in Accra from April 14th to 16th, 2025. This convening is designed to bring together diverse stakeholders, including social movements, grassroots activists, civil society organizations, creatives, academics, policymakers, and passionate change-makers from across the continent. The gathering aims to unite voices and perspectives to address pressing social issues affecting Africa, foster transformative change, and strengthen organizing efforts for social transformation across the continent.

The event is hosted by TrustAfrica in partnership with the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDDGhana).
